This Friday\, April 4th\, at 7.30 PM\, the Central Coast Leagues Club will transform into a magical realm of enchanting melodies and captivating performances. \nOur talented wind ensembles\, youth orchestra\, and choirs will transport you to mysterious worlds and Forbidden Forests with an electrifying repertoire featuring: \n\nA selection of bewitching tunes of  Wicked!\nAdventurous music from How to Train Your Dragon\nThe monstrous melodies of Godzilla\nAnd many more surprises\n\nDon’t miss this chance to witness our young musicians defy gravity and showcase their extraordinary talents. Join us for an unforgettable evening of music that will leave you spellbound. \nThis celebration of music is a highlight of the Central Coast Conservatorium’s events calendar\, and includes performances from the Central Coast Youth Orchestra\, our three wind ensembles – the Primary Wind Ensemble\, Junior Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Wind Ensemble –   as well as Mini Voices\, the Children’s/Youth Choir and guests. SUMMARY:Student Concert Series
DESCRIPTION:Our Student Concert Series is an opportunity for Central Coast Conservatorium one-to-one students to perform with an accompanists for an appreciative audience in front of family and friends and a great opportunity to practise for upcoming AMEB exams! \nThis performance opportunity is open to all our one-to-one students who either learn at the Con or in our Schools Program\, giving students of all ages and ability the experience of playing their instrument or singing with an accompanist in front of an audience while learning tips on performance technique and stagecraft. \nTertiary students can choose to perform in these daytime concerts or the adult soiree. \nThere will be two student concerts offered (depending on numbers) – at 2pm and 4pm \nWe encourage all our students to take up this excellent extension opportunity\, to help hone their craft and discover the joy of performing for others. \nPast Student Concerts have included violinists as young as five up to high-school aged brass and wind students\, contemporary guitar students and adult bassoon and vocal students. \nThe concerts are held in Robert Knox Hall. They are free for audience members – students must register to perform. \nCONCERT IS FREE TO WATCH but STUDENT REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL. \nRegistrations for our Term 1 Student Concert series have now closed.  \nIf you have missed out\, don’t worry\, there will be another student concert in Term 2!  \nClick HERE for REGISTRATION FORM – please note registrations have now closed. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Adult students of the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music will take to the stage at Robert Knox Hall for an intimate concert for family and friends. \nFrom vocalist to instrumental musicians\, we are proud to have a growing cohort of adult one-to-one music students at Central Coast Conservatorium of Music. DESCRIPTION:We’re thrilled to introduce the inaugural Coastal Soundwaves Music Program\, a three-day immersive camp and workshop experience for school-age musicians. Hosted by the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music and proudly sponsored by Central Coast Council\, this camp focuses on instrumental and choral ensemble music-making while offering students unique opportunities for musical growth. The camp is open to school-age musicians in Years 4 to High School and will feature an Ensemble program (held at Gosford Presbyterian Church) and Musical Theatre for Beginners Program. \nWhat: Coastal Soundwaves Music Camp\nWhen: Tuesday 22 April – Thursday 24 April\nWhere: Gosford Presbyterian Church\, 14 Young Street\, West Gosford (Ensembles) and Robert Knox Hall\, 45 Mann Street Gosford (Musical Theatre for Beginners)\nCost: $75 per child \nPlease note this is not a residential camp\, but children will be supervised during the day. \nREGISTER HERE\nSoundwaves Ensemble Program\nWhen: Tuesday 22 April – Thursday 24 April\nTime: 9am – 4pm (early drop-off available from 8:30am)\nWhere: Gosford Presbyterian Church\, 14 Young Street\, West Gosford\nCost: $75 per child \nThe Soundwaves Ensemble Program aims to provide an enriching and enjoyable ensemble experience\, helping students enhance their performance and collaboration skills while fostering new connections.
