Mary-Ellen brings to the Central Coast Conservatorium Board her expertise in law and business management, as well as a passion for music.
Mary-Ellen has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University and a Master of Public Law from the Australian National University.
Mary-Ellen has extensive experience as a commercial and property lawyer and business manager in both the private and public sector. She is currently employed by Central Coast Council as Special Counsel, Property, Business and Economic Development.
Mary-Ellen is an amateur classical pianist and received her A Mus A in piano at age 16. She continues to play and perform regularly and studies with the Central Coast Conservatorium’s Head of Piano Carl Schmidt.
Mary-Ellen was appointed to the Board of the Central Coast Conservatorium in 2013.
