Shayne Lesley

Shayne is a successful businesswoman having founded Integrated Governance. Shayne’s governance and strategy work has been specific to membership-based not-for-profit organisations working with CEOs and boards of directors for over 12 years.

Shayne’s Mandatory Director Training module for the Registered Clubs industry was so successful, it was legislated as the minimum education requirement for new club directors. As part of her work with Integrated Governance, she wrote a new and practically-focused Mandatory Director Training course successfully delivering this to hundreds of directors across NSW. Shayne is now focused on guiding local business owners into financial health through embodying powerful business behaviours through the Community Business Women’s Network (CBWN).

Shayne accepted a position at the Australian Taxation Office in 2018 to further her understanding of financial compliance. Out of almost 8,000 applications, Shayne was successful in securing one of the few coveted roles at the new offices in Gosford, Central Coast, NSW. Shayne’s professional career began in events, entertainment and marketing. She developed into a learning and development professional in governance and business strategy working directly with

Shayne is passionate about music and completed her Masters of Music in 2015. Locally, she has performed with Gosford Musical Society, Wyong Musical Theatre Company, Wyong Drama Group, and sung and composed for Central Coast Choral. Shayne is a vocal student at CCCM. Shayne is committed to building a strong musical community for all ages beginning with quality music education in an environment that encourages excellence in performance.
