Central Coast Symphonic Wind Orchestra

The Central Coast Symphonic Wind Orchestra (CCSWO) is designed for students taking the next step from the primary school band program and the Central Coast Primary Wind Ensemble, into a larger performing orchestra. The Symphonic Wind Orchestra aims for a high standard of presentation at the intermediate level and also performs in the community as part of the Conservatorium's student performance calendar. The repertoire performed is across a broad range of genre. It is expected that all Orchestra members make themselves available to perform at community events and attend as many rehearsals as possible. Members of the Orchestra can graduate to Central Coast Youth Orchestra. Intending students need to audition and enrol before commencement.
