Where is the Conservatorium office located?
 
The office is temporarily located at 35 Mann St while we undergo renovations.
 
What date does my program start?
 

One on one lessons: Tuesday 26 April – Friday 1 July

Where is my class located?
 
Due to ongoing construction work at 45 Mann St, lessons will now be held at either 35 Mann St, The Cottage/Demountables 1&2 (Georgiana Terrace) or West Gosford Presbyterian Church.
 
If you are unsure of where your lesson will be taking place, please refer to the timetable or contact your teacher directly for confirmation.
 
Where are my 1:1 lessons located?

How do I confirm my lesson time?

My lesson is afterhours. How do I access the facility?
 
Students may access the facility for afterhours lessons using a security PIN code.  Please contact your teacher directly to request the security code.
 
I am an existing student, do I need to complete an enrolment form for 2022?
 
All students, both new and current, must complete a new enrolment form for 2022 prior to starting lessons.

Do I need to pay for the term prior to starting lessons?
 

We offer the following payment options:

1.      Tuition fees are to be paid in full prior to the commencement of lessons, or

2.      A direct debit payment facility, offered by Payleadr  must be in place prior to commencement of lessons. The facility will ensure that fees are paid in full by week 8 of term.

Enrolment is complete upon payment. If you would like to pay by instalments, please reply to your invoice email or contact the office. We will then set up a plan and send you a link to Payleadr.

I wish to pay but haven’t received an invoice?
 
Please ensure you have completed an enrolment form for 2022 (see above). This will enable our admin team to update our system with the correct details and generate an invoice, which will be emailed to you.
 
If you have completed an enrolment form in the last 24 hours and still haven’t received an invoice, please contact admin on 02 4324 7477
 
How do I redeem a Creative Kids voucher?
 
To redeem your Creative Kids Voucher with us please complete this form
 
If you are paying your invoice by the term, please shortpay your invoice by $100 after sending us the voucher details.
 
If you are on a Payleadr Payment Plan your repayments will be readjusted once we have processed the voucher.
 
What is your current COVID-19 Safety Policy?
 
The Central Coast Conservatorium of Music is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working and learning environment, and is taking reasonable steps to protect staff and students from the risk of Covid-19.
 
We have a number of procedures in place that we ask all students and staff to follow in an effort to minimise the risk. You can view our full COVID-19 Safety policy here.
 
Do I need to do a RAT before each of my lessons?
 
No, a RAT is not required before attending lessons.  However, we ask that students remain conscious and considerate of others, and do not attend lessons if they are unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19.
