Primary Wind Ensembles

The Central Coast Primary Wind Ensemble, also known as Super Band, is a musical extension program for primary school aged student musicians who play woodwind, brass or percussion instruments on the NSW Central Coast.

Super Band is one of the Conservatorium’s Premier Ensembles and aims complement and enhance the learning and performance experiences gained in school band program by challenging students who have already gained a high degree of musical proficiency at a young age.

Rehearsals:   Wednesdays 5.00 – 7.00pm

Location:       Presbyterian Church, 14 Young Street West Gosford

Video Audition Requirements:

Students interested in joining the CCPWE are invited to apply by submitting a video audition meeting the following guidelines:

• auditionees must play one scale.
• auditionees must play one or two pieces of music that demonstrate their current playing level and skills.
• video is limited to 5mins.
