We are looking forward to welcoming you to Central Coast Conservatorium in 2025 . Central Coast Conservatorium of Music is currently taking enrolments for one-to-one music lessons, group lessons and ensembles for 2025.
How do I enrol?
It’s easy to enrol. Simply jump on our website and fill out our enrolment form, providing as much information as possible. A member of our customer service team will then be in touch to confirm your enrolment request, teacher allocation, lesson times and to outline payment options.
I’m already a student at the Con. Do I have to re-enrol?
Are you already enrolled and returning to Central Coast Conservatorium in 2025? The good news is, if none of your details have changed you do not need to do anything. However, if any of your details HAVE changed, or you would like to enrol in a new program or lesson you will need to fill in the form. This will help us keep all our records up to date. Change of details may include:
- Change of contact details
- Change of school, eg if your child is moving from primary school to high school.
- Change of instrument, eg if you are enrolling in an extra instrument
- Change of ensemble, eg if your child is moving from Primary Wind Ensemble to Symphonic Wind Orchestra.
How do I enrol for the Schools Program?
Enrol for the Schools Program using this 2025 Schools Program Enrolment Form. Any students returning to the Schools Program for 2025 are asked to complete the form.
I’m discontinuing from the Con. Do I need to let you know?
Yes. If you will not be continuing your lessons in 2025, please fill out this quick Discontinuation Form and a member of our customer service team will be in touch.Â
Can I request a certain teacher or timeslot?
While we do our best to allocate students to their preferred teacher and lesson time/day it is not always possible. If you have a specific request, you can add this on the form or call our customer service team on 4324 7477 to discuss.
Do I have to pay another enrolment fee?Â
Yes there is an annual $50 enrolment fee per family. This will automatically be added to your first term invoice. Students enrolling part way through the year wil be charged a pro rata enrolment fee.
How do I pay for lessons?
Once your enrolment has been confirmed you will receive an email from our customer service team confirming teacher allocation and time. An invoice for the enrolled student will then be issued in advance of the first lesson of each term and will be emailed to the account contact. Lessons and ensembles are charged as a term fee, based on a 10 week term.
