Our Student Concert Series – featuring Strings Ensemble Concert and Woodwind Concert Practice – is an opportunity for Central Coast Conservatorium one-to-one students to perform with an accompanists for an appreciative audience in front of family and friends.
This performance opportunity is open to all our one-to-one students who either learn at the Con or in our Schools Program, giving students of all ages and ability the experience of playing their instrument or singing with an accompanist in front of an audience while learning tips on performance technique and stagecraft.
There will be three concerts throughout the day.
Open to students across all departments
String Ensembles Concert Practice for strings and string ensemble students
Woodwind Concert Practice for woodwind students
We encourage all our students to take up this excellent extension opportunity, to help hone their craft and discover the joy of performing for others.
Past Student Concerts have included violinists as young as five up to high-school aged brass and wind students, contemporary guitar students and adult bassoon and vocal students.
The concerts are held in Robert Knox Hall. They are free for audience members – students must register to perform.
Registrations opening soon.
