Our Structure

The Central Coast Conservatorium Ltd became a company limited by guarantee on 20 March 2024 as part of its long-term strategy to build and secure a sustainable future for the organisation.

A new constitution was adopted in April 2024 to reflect contemporary governance practices and to better position the Conservatorium to grow and diversify our funding sources.

Members agreed unanimously at a meeting in November 2023 to change the legal structure of the 40-year-old Conservatorium from that of an Incorporated Association to the new company structure.

Central Coast Conservatorium of Music is a registered not-for-profit organisation? We are funded by lesson fees, sponsorship and donations, with additional funding from the NSW Government. The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) has developed the Tick of Charity Registration (the Registered Charity Tick) for registered charities to show the public that they are registered with the ACNC.  The Registered Charity Tick aims to give reassurance to the public that registered charities are transparent and accountable by highlighting their presence on the ACNC Charity Register.  Please click here for the ACNC registration details of the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music.
