Our 2026 Schools Scholarship Program is a three-year initiative designed to support enthusiastic and talented students from out Schools Program. The Program gives students access to a comprehensive, well-structured music education pathway that combines private tuition, group learning and performance opportunities at our vibrant Conservatorium in Gosford’s CBD.
Successful candidates of our 2026 School’s Scholarships will receive subsidised access to a tried and tested music program developed to build skills, knowledge and inspiration across the three key areas of instrumental technique, ensembles playing and musicianship.

- Weekly 1 to 1 Lessons and personalised guidance with a highly qualified music educator and experienced performer

Year 1: Save 50% on Tuition
Year 2: Save 30% on Tuition
Year 3: Save 10% on Tuition

Who can apply?
The Schools Scholarships Program is open to enthusiastic students currently enrolled in our 2025 Schools Programs or students planning on joining our Schools Program in 2026. Students who will be in years 5-8 in 2026 are invited to apply for the Scholarship. Instrument disciplines eligible for entry for this scholarship program are woodwind, brass and percussion.
Please note, this scholarship is not available for students already enrolled at Central Coast Conservatorium of Music (Gosford facility) in 1 to 1 Lessons.
How to apply?
Applicants are required to complete an online Application Form and upload an Audition Video recording in the link provided on the form and here.
Submission deadline extended! Scholarship applications will now close on Friday, 28 November 2025.
Audition Criteria
Students are requested to play a scale and up to two pieces, either solo works or band pieces, to demonstrate their potential on their instrument of choice. Percussion students are requested to perform two rudiments.
Please make sure the audition video is recorded in a quiet environment with adequate natural lighting. If any student requires access to a suitable space for recording, our Administration Team a will be happy to arrange this.
Selection Process
A panel of three esteemed teachers/conductors, including the Conservatorium’s Artistic Director Patrick Brennan, will carefully review audition submissions to select the 20 scholarship recipients. Successful applicants will be announced the week commencing 1 December 2025.
Successful applicants will then be contacted by the Conservatorium to discuss suitable 1 to 1 Lesson days and times, Ensemble membership and Musicianship Class timetable.

Terms and Conditions
- All 2026 School Scholarship applicants will be assessed by video audition. Students must enrol in all programs outlined in the Benefits section.
- Applications will not be accepted if fees are overdue (unless a Payment Plan Agreement is in place and instalments are up to date).
- The 2026 School Scholarship is for students who are not yet enrolled in Central Coast Conservatorium of Music 1-1 lessons.
