The Ohh Bee Three is a dynamic jazz trio featuring top talent from Australia’s music scene. Guitarist Aaron “Baz” Flower brings virtuosic flair from projects like Danaides and his solo work AKA BAZ. Bassist Matthew Lamb adds depth with his versatile style, shaped by his Sydney Conservatorium training and cross-genre experience. Drummer Toby Hall, a veteran of 30+ recordings, rounds out the trio with his rich history of performing alongside jazz greats at international festivals.
Nick Garbet is a celebrated Australian trumpeter, composer, and bandleader known for his warm tone and inventive style. A founding member of acclaimed groups like The Vampires and Garfish, Nick blends jazz with global influences, earning him the prestigious Freedman Jazz Fellowship in 2018. He has performed internationally and continues to shape Australia’s jazz scene through performance, recording, and education.
The Central Coast Conservatorium Jazz Ensemble is a diverse performance group open to high school and adult musicians. Under the direction of Ash Turner, members explore jazz harmony, improvisation, and repertoire that includes jazz standards, blues and soulful grooves. The ensemble performs regularly at public concerts and serves as a platform for emerging local talent to grow as jazz artists.
