Central Coast Music and Arts – Inaugural “Echo Music Mentorship” Program
Central Coast Music and Arts is excited to launch the inaugural Echo Music Mentorship, a four-month professional development program designed to support contemporary musicians and artist managers across the Central Coast who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
Running from March to June 2026, the Echo Music Mentorship will offer participants personalised support, structured career development, and direct guidance from leading industry professionals through both group workshops and one-on-one sessions. An initial in-person welcome meeting will be held on February 24, 2026.
Echo’s inaugural cohort will benefit from the expertise of four mentors, each recognised at the top of their field across Marketing, Management, Bookings, and Artist Development. The program aims to equip emerging artists and managers with the strategic, creative, and business skills needed for long-term career growth.
To apply, artists and managers must complete the Echo Artist Questionnaire, a conversational application designed to encourage thoughtful reflection on both the creative and business aspects of a music career. Applicants who prefer to apply via video may upload an MP4 to Google Drive, Dropbox, Vimeo (private), or YouTube (private) and send the link (and password where required) to [email protected]
Applications close at 5:00 pm on Sunday, 7 December.
