Why Volunteer with CCCM?

Volunteering is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to support music education. We welcome enthusiastic parents and community members to assist in a variety of roles, including:

  • Event Assistance: Help run concerts, recitals, and special performances by assisting with ticket sales, ushering, setup, cleanup, and student supervision.
  • Library and Archival Support: Assist in cataloguing sheet music and maintaining our valuable library resources.
  • Fundraising Support: Participate in donation drives and sponsorship promotions to support scholarships and programs.
  • Garden and Grounds Maintenance: Help beautify our grounds by maintaining lawns, controlling weeds, and creating new garden spaces.
  • Transport of Instruments: Assist with driving, loading, and unloading instruments and equipment for concerts.
  • Instrument Maintenance: Help organise the repair and maintenance of instruments and manage the instrument catalogue.
  • Historic Tours: Lead weekly community tours of our historic building.

Join us and play a vital role in supporting music education and community engagement on the Central Coast! Find out more about our Volunteer Program and how to apply for a volunteer role HERE.
