Our Structure
The Central Coast Conservatorium Ltd became a company limited by guarantee on 20 March 2024 as part of its long-term strategy to build and secure a sustainable future for the organisation.
A new constitution was adopted to reflect contemporary governance practices and to better position the Conservatorium to grow and diversify our funding sources.
Members agreed unanimously at a meeting in November 2023 to change the legal structure of the 40-year-old Conservatorium from that of an Incorporated Association to the new company structure.
