We are delighted to announce that several of our programs will be able to return to face-to-face rehearsals from the week commencing Monday 8 November 2021.
Musicianship
Our Musicianship students will be able to return to the classroom from Monday, 8th November.

- Musicianship 3 on Wednesdays with Phillip Rutherford will be held at Gosford Presbyterian Church
- Musicianship 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 with Phillip Rutherford will be held in Demountable 2 at the Conservatorium

Symphonic Wind Orchestra (SWO) and Primary Wind Ensemble (Super Band)
SWO and Super Band students will be able to return to face-to-face rehearsals from Wednesday, 10th November 2021 at Gosford Presbyterian Church, 14 Young Street, West Gosford.
We will set up the space so that players of non-reeded woodwind instruments (such as flutes) can maintain a physical distance of 3 metres from others in the direction of air flow from their instruments, and 1.5m in all other directions.
Players of all other musical instruments (including reeded woodwind instruments) should maintain a physical distance of 1.5m between each other and the conductor.
Saturday Strings
Our Saturday Strings students will be able to return to face-to-face rehearsals from Saturday 13th November 2021, at Gosford Presbyterian Church, 14 Young Street, West Gosford.
We will set up the space so that players can maintain a physical distance of 1.5m between each other and the conductor.
For all of these programs, masks do not need to be worn while rehearsing. In addition, rehearsals will be run as a hybrid class allowing those that wish to remain online the opportunity to do so.
Please note that as per the public health order, any students ages 16+ will need to provide proof of vaccination prior to returning to live rehearsals. In order to assist us with this requirement, we ask that any students 16+ send in their vaccination certificates before Monday, 8th November, so that we do not need to recheck vaccination status prior to every lesson. Students under the age of 16 are not required to provide proof of vaccination.
As always, maintaining a safe and healthy working and learning environment is our highest priority, and we are taking all the necessary steps to protect staff and students from the risk of Covid-19.
Our return to onsite procedures can be found on our website at http://centralcoastconservatorium.com.au/procedures-for-return-to-onsite-learning/. The document outlines that vaccinations are mandatory for all CCCM staff.
Please contact our Customer Service team on 02 4324 7477 or via email at admin@cccmusic.nsw.edu.au if you have any queries or concerns.
We look forward to welcoming students back onsite.
