Applications are now open for the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music 2024 Competitive Scholarships.

This year the audition day for our Competitive Scholarships will be held on Saturday 28 October at Robert Knox Hall, Central Coast Conservatorium of Music, 45 Mann Street, Gosford. Applications close Friday 13 October.

Our Competitive Scholarships are awarded to highlight students with excellent potential and talent as well as to encourage further study and achievement at the Central Coast Conservatorium.

The scholarships include:

• CCCM Senior Instrumental Scholarships (14-18 years of age)
  1st place $2,000 | 2nd place $1000
  
• CCCM Junior Instrumental/Vocal Scholarships (Under 14 years of age)
  1st place $1,000 | 2nd place $750 | 3rd place $500
  
• Richard Newton Central Coast Philharmonia Choir Vocal Scholarship (14-18 years of age)
  $1,000
  
• Allen Family Senior Scholarship (14- 22 years of age)
  1st place $3,000 | 2nd place $2,000 | 3rd place $1,000
• Allen Family Junior Encouragement Award (<13 years of age)
  $500 each x 3 scholarships available
  
• Pearl Beach Association Senior Scholarship (14 – 22 years of age)
  $1000
  
• Pearl Beach Association/ Frances Grove Memorial/ People’s Choice Award (14 -22 years of age)
  $500
  
• Pearl Beach Association Runner up prize (14-22 years of age)
  $250
  
• Irvine Family Piano Scholarship (14 – 22 years of age)

Our competitive scholarships have specific criteria so please ensure that you are applying for the correct scholarship by reading and understanding the criteria.

There are also specific audition requirements that must be adhered to and presented to the audition panel on the audition day. It is essential that you understand the criteria and audition requirements before you apply.
